To join by Phone Call

• A window should have popped up with dial instructions (see picture below) 

• To audio join by Computer Audio: 

• You need computer speakers 

• Select the tab that says “Computer Audio” (see picture below) and click “Join with Computer Audio” 

Please note:

• Please don’t enter the link until meeting time, as we are not able to hold simultaneous meetings. 
• If downloading to iPad, please download the app “ZOOM Cloud Meetings” from the Apple App Store https://bit.ly/2YGmZns  
• You are able to join the audio portion of the call either by computer or by calling in on the phone
