Who is this mysterious committee called “Nominations”? Are they friendly? Even cool? How does someone go about getting to know all the groups that make up our Regional Council governance and program, and why would anyone want to join? Do I have the skills and ideas the Regional Council is looking for?
We have answers! (Hint: almost all of them are “yes”).
Join us for an open house that might include a Best Hat competition, and will definitely include door prizes, and non-gambling bingo. Regional Council representatives: please bring at least one other person from your community of faith along.
This will be an opportunity for both seasoned committee-servers and rookies among us to gather, ask questions, hear from committees in need of fresh faces, and play games (yes! Games!) All with an eye to serving our broader church.
