Meridian Pastoral Charge’s Celebration of the United Church of Canada’s 100th Anniversary

Meridian Pastoral Charge will be celebrating the United Church of Canada’s 100th Anniversary on June 8th, 2025 at 10 am at Sanford United Church in Sanford, Manitoba. All three churches of the Meridian Pastoral Charge – Sanford United Church, Avonlea United Church and Starbuck United Church are planning this celebration with invitations to special guests, a luncheon, sharing time, church history displays, and games. Congregants of all three community of faiths are asked to register with their local church by May 25th and to bring a lawn chair as some of the events will be outside – weather permitting. This special service will be lead by Reverend James DeBeer.
