Celebration of Ministry Service

Our congratulations and prayers are with those from Prairie to Pine Regional Council whose milestones will be celebrated at the Celebration of Ministry Service at Knox United Church, Kenora on June 26 at 3:00 p.m.

Susan Girard from Riverview Atikokan who will be ordained;

Rev. Carrie Martens, Pembina Parish who will be admitted into the Order of Ministry of the United Church of Canada from the Mennonite Church of Eastern Canada;

Rev. Chewe Mulenga, Rock Lake Pastoral Charge, who will be admitted into the Order of Ministry of the United Church of Canada from the Church of Zambia;

Rev. Schalk Naude, Knox United Church, Fort Frances who will be admitted into the Order of Ministry of the United Church of Canada from the Dutch Reformed Church of South Africa.

All these Ministers will be continuing in a pastoral relationship with their current communities of faith. Their profiles are now available on the website.
