We will also be learning spiritual practices which we can incorporate into our personal spiritual disciplines. \nAs a jumping off place\, we will refer to Thich Nhat Hanh’s Living Buddha\, Living Christ. McNally Robinson needs two weeks to bring this in\, should you like to read it\, but it is not required. \nWe will meet in person in the parlour  at Westworth United Church for the four Monday nights of November\, beginning at 7:30 pm.
