Maybe! … A weekend retreat to explore Confirmation \nThe United Church in Meadowood (UCIM) in collaboration with the Region’s Youth network is hosting a confirmation preparation program for Youth 13-18. Youth do not have to be sure about confirmation to come\, just open to exploring what it means to be a member of the United Church. This is preparation for confirmation only. The service of confirmation is the responsibility of their own congregation on a date in the future. \nThe cost of the event is $125 to cover the cost of meals and program supplies. Bursaries are available. \nRegistration Deadline October 14th\, 2022 (Late fees will apply after this date). Register here.

DESCRIPTION:Travelling Youth Group is for youth Grade 7 to 12\, BUT a special “spring forward” invitation ALSO goes out to those in grade 6 ! \nJoin us at United Church in Meadowood\, 1111 Dakota Street on Good Friday evening to explore stories and feelings of Holy Week – from Palm Sunday through Good Friday and Easter.  We will do this through worship\, discussion\, games\, music and snack. \nProof of Covid Vaccination required.
