DESCRIPTION:Mamawe Ota Askihk – Sharing Life Together Here on Earth \na spiritual gathering for land based learning \nAugust 21 – August 25\, 2023 \nSandy-Saulteaux Spiritual Centre\, Beausejour MB \nSpend a week with Indigenous and settler allies immersed in hands-on learning about growing\, harvesting and preparing medicines and foods from the land. We will learn drum songs\, smoke meat\, go for a medicine walk\, break down a beef quarter\, sew skirts and more. All ages welcome!
